Dear Fellows,

My mother had breast cancer before 10 years and it was cured. She has been showing up the cancer again nowadays and on a higher stage. I am citizen of Canada now (from India). Will my mother get Canada immigration or atleast visa with this problem?

Cancer is not contagious. Will immigration pass medical or other formalities for my mother? I want to be with her in this tough time.

Thanks everyone in advance.

If you mother has cancer, then it is extremely unlikely that she would be issued a visa, as she would have a medical condition that would cause "excessive demand" on the medical services in Canada.
