I have a question from you sir, please help me with it. I want to apply for immigration after 1st July 2011. I am little confused with my occupation which is why i need your help. i have worked as trainer for 1 year as training executive at a franchise level of a telecommunication company and then i have worked 2.7 yesrs as Customer services officer at a multinational telecommunication office then i was promoted to postpaid executive ( have to manage franchises of a region for postpaid indirect sales, basically a management job ) it was for upto 1 year and 5 months then i was promoted to postpaid specialist ( same work as executive but promoted ). This is what i am doing since start. I have seen description and titles of NOC code 1122. I think i match to it but I am not sure. please help me with it i will be grateful.

Going through with statement made by Jason kenney on new rules "Effective July 1, 2011, the changes will affect new applicants to the federal Skilled Worker, federal Immigrant Investor and federal Entrepreneur programs. The changes will not affect the number of permanent resident admissions in 2011 in these three categories."

What I understand that the old applications will go hands on with new applications , as he clearly mentioned that the changes will not affect the number of admissions in 2011 for old applications. Correct me if am wrong. Hope from today the process for the old applicantions moves fast.

How do you intend to do that?
I am not satisfy seeing some errors in your post. Consider the words in red and correct them. Besides, your first sentence is a big blunder. The sentence structure is not permitted in English language and your punctuations need to be improved on as well.

submitted appication in skilled worked fast track category,didn't get medical..

Hello all,

I submitted my appication about 1 and half year ago but the processing time was 8-12 months. It is took long time. On cic.gc.ca site I can see the status app received. Nothing updated from last 6 months.

Could anybody please let me know. How much more time they can take for medical? I think i am waiting from such a long time..Is there anyone who is still waiting just like me?

Being a pre-June 2010 candidate, I don't know about the current regualtions. I submitted a draft from Thomas Cook on June 2010 & VO ND accepted.

yaar like in e-mail from canada govt. they pre june applicants have to wait for two year or more.. actualy i want to know that these two years from now or from the time when we filed our case? and what is projected addmision applicants yaar...?

but my question is that we have to wait two years from now 2011 or when we applied 2010..?

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after February 27, 2008 and before June 26, 2010 , your application will take two years or more to be processed. This is due to the fact that Canada received over 425,000 applications under this program during this period.
Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.

Thats really second-rate reply from NDVO..but would like to inform you as well that June Applicant 10 has already started to receive MR.

Check out and in fact he is of same NOC as your i.e 3152.
