Break-up from common-law partner application in progress

Hello, I have an express entry application in progress, I am the main applicant and have received a PNP from Ontario.

My common-law partner who is listed as a dependent has decided to break-up with me and renounce her application.

In this case, can my application continue? How should I inform IRCC?

Thank you, any information on whether my application can continue? (The processing state is: Your application is taking us longer than usual... ). Both of us have already submitted biometrics.

Regarding the webform, any suggestion on which category:
- Withdrawal of application
- Sponsorship
- Permanent Residence (applied online)
