Hi. I am an international student perusing a full time PGD course at a college in Toronto (Winter 2018 intake) and my course ends in August 2018.
I wish to take a break from September to December 2018 and peruse my second course in January 2019.

Will this break impact my work permit (should be around 3 years) after I complete my both the courses ? If yes than till what extent would it impact?
Would I be questioned as to why did I take break and not another course immediately ?
How many hours can I work during the break time? (September to December 2018) ?

You cannot work at all during the break between programs. If you work, it will be classified as illegal work and you should expect your PGWP to be refused.
