BOWP wrong passport number

I got my BOWP, but I realized that the passport number was wrong. It was an expired passport number. I am swear that I fill up the new passport number. What should I do now? Who or where should I contact?

My BOWP also has an old passport number. Haven't had issues, as I still have the old passport. It's invalid, but in
combination with my new passport it's fine at the border.

Yes I still have my old passport. So As long as I still have my old passport and new passport, then it should be fine?

Yes, that's what I've been doing since I've received my BOWP beginning of this year.
I cross the border 3-4 times a month.

I hope someone can provide me some ideas...
I was in Service Canada to renew my SIN few days ago. But the person found that my name was wrong in the paper. CIC put my whole name (last name and first name) on the "Last name", means that I did not have my first name at all.

Now, I think CIC screw my BOWP. My passport number is wrong as well as my name. Does anyone know who should I contact and how to correct the document.
