I am CEC candidate and my visa are expiring in mid August. As the points went up significantly in the last draw I am not sure if I will be lucky enough to get ITA before my visa expiration.
If not, can I apply for BOWP before my visa expire without AOR ( paper application) and mention that I am expecting ITA in a few days and will provide AOR asap?
Can my spouse apply for SOWP the same way?
