BOWP + SOWP Application Together – Question About IMM 5710 'Accompanying Family Member

I’m applying for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) as the principal applicant (PGWP holder with AOR under Express Entry PNP), and I’m including my spouse’s SOWP extension in the same application. We both live in Canada.
In the application form (IMM 5710), there is a question: "Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada?"
Should I (the principal applicant) answer Yes or No to this?
