BOWP send on the same day of current status expiration date

Hi guys,

I'm trying to get as much implied status as possible.

So I want to send my paper BOWP application on the same that my PGWP expires.

I saw it somewhere people said that if your postmark is before expiration which would be fine.

Just like to make sure.

It needs to be RECEIVED by CIC before your PGWP expires.
