Good lord, how could I have missed that. Well maybe I'll be lucky and get the permit anyway, but I should probably start packing.

Don't think it's an issue. They might as well ask you for a new scan while processing your application.
Not sure about paper applications either, but online if you click on the little question mark icon behind
passport documents, it tells you to scan all pages with stamps and visas.

Yes the Document Checklist says to include "the stamp made by Canadian authorities on your most recent entry into Canada and any other marked pages", and it looks like the checklist has not changed at all since May (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/extend-worker.asp).

Have you traveled a lot at all? Like in countries mentioned on the CIC website where you need
medicals done in order to re-enter Canada??

This wouldn't apply to me as I haven't lived in any prescribed country for more than six months (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/dcl.asp).

I don't think there's going to be any issues then. The BOWP application is based on your PR application,
and said application includes all details about travels etc, so you should be fine.

Thanks for the reassurance. I sure didn't make it easy for myself, first applying without an AOR, and now this, but I guess people have survived worse.
