BOWP Photo for spouse

While applying BOWP for main applicant and spouce together do we required to send both photos or just main applicant photo.

I don't see any tab to upload spouse photo.

Did anybody applied recently?

Only the principal applicant is eligible for a BOWP. You can, at the same time, apply for a spouse's open work permit (eligible on the basis of your BOWP), but she needs to complete a separate application. You can submit them together, tho.
