BOWP + new spouse

Hi,
I am applying for a bridge open work permit. My PGWP expires on April; 30. and I got married this month. My spouse is in Bangladesh.
In an option online application it is saying:
Do you want to submit an application for a family member?

Does that mean, I can apply for her an OWP too?

I guess you can apply for their SOWP, if you are employed in a NOC-B or better job.
