I am applying for BOWP. While filling IMM 5710, I am having question

Have you ever applied to enter or remain in Canada?
Should I select yes or no.

If yes than what details I have to give
Please advise

I answered YES and listed all the previous TRV & work permit applications I had applied in the past.

Work Permit Details : Date of Issue : XXXX Expiry Date : XXXX

Answer to that question is YES. In my case I have written in sentence form like this. "I have applied for visa and received on date, with document numbers xxxxxxxxx. Applied and received work permit extension date, with document number xxxxxxxx."
Received date and document nos are important in answering this question.

What does Date of Application means ?
My employer applied Visa so i don't know when they applied

Its the date you send your application to CIC. If you don't have it don't worry just give the information you have.
