BOWP from Closed Work Permit

Hello everyone,

I currently have a closed work permit valid until April 2026. I have a job offer from another employer that I'd like to pursue. I have already applied for a PR and have received an AOR. Can I apply for a BOWP even as early as now so I can work for the other employer? I've done some research and the general guideline is to apply for a BOWP 2 months before the work permit expires.

Yes, you can apply but it will be approved only when you pass a completeness check stage.
