Both addresses are right, one is for same employer and the other is for new employer. Since you are applying for a BOWP, send it to the new employer address:

^ For those who sent it to the other address, don't worry, it'll still get processed - I know from experience - but yes, for BOWP applications the "new employer" address is to be preferred.
