BOWP do you need proof of funds now?

we are applying for a BOWP and an OWP, as part of the form it's asking for proof of funds and it's $100 more than than last month.
is my husband looking at the wrong forms?

U r on right track.. Recently fees hot increased..
U need not show proof of funds but we need mention the
Amount somewhere in the forms
