I applied for BOWP with first AOR in EE on the 13th Apr, got ppr on Jul 13th, and my BOWP still got approved on the 23th Jul.
Dont worry they will give you even, when you dont need it anymore

Did you get a refund for BOWP?

I didnt want to ask for refund till my COPR is in my hand as I was already on implied status. I received the letter with COPR on 22 and my bowp got approved on the 23. Didnt have a chance to ask for refund.
