BOWP application Refused by CIC, Can i reapply again?

So far 2nd AOR has been issued to applicants who are living outside of Canada. I have not seen any AOR issued to inland applicant. More specifically Visa Offices inside Canada are not issuing 2nd AORs.

ChandruBaktha, I suggest you to submit Case specific enquiry. At least they might read your concerns.

Right now, you are on implied status and can stay till a decision has been made on your pr application.

No. There is no implied status on pending PR application.
He need to restore his status by applying for visit visa before July 28th else his PR application will be in jeopardy.
