BOWP application does not require AOR

Meaning when the Officer starts to process your application he/she will check for the AOR through the UCI provided

Because neither on the document checklist nor on the form IMM5710 does it have a mention of AOR.

Obviously its a key requirement..

But am I right in thinking that only when the officer is looking at your application will he check the AOR as in you attach it or not the officer is going to check your profile as in your UCI

Or what do people do? Just print out the AOR e-mail and attach?
 
I agree with your assessment.. when office starts to process BOWP, as long as the AOR is on file then BOWP will be issued.. I applied for BOWP without AOR.. and BOWP was issued because AOR was on file at that time of BOWP processing.. what one can do is forward the AOR email to be attached/linked in BOWP application which i did as well.. even though i applied for paper based BOWP so did not have a file # for it but I still just sent it as an FYI..

Did you forward the e-mail through "mail" or an e-mail?
 
to which email ID I can forward AOR email....??
 
I applied for BOWP without AOR and received a request prior to approval to send it to them.
 
I applied online for a BOWP including AOR in the Explanation letter, adding some details about my PR application.

You always should submit all the documents supporting your application to avoid delays or refusals.
 
I have not attached or been asked to provide aor for both of my BOWPs

Obviously CIC officers when processing BOWP can access all the information about us, but I think is better to send the documents to avoid delays (AOR were requested to some applicants) or even refusal (I don't know if it's possible guess to AOR wasn't sent).

I don't know how exactly CIC processing works but I believe a clear and complete application, including Explanation Letter, AOR or something else help CIC officer to do easily the job.

As we can see not all the applications are processed exactly in the same way (requesting BOWP or not), so better send it.
