BOWP and study permit?

I jst revevied my 2nd bowp and still waiting for medical request since I'm a sep 2014 CEC applicant, I am wondering if I can apply for a study permit at the same time while on bowp, is it a possibility? if yes will I have to pay international fee or regular? I want to work full time still n take some part time courses from a college.

Yes you can apply for Study permit if you have acceptance letter from college.
you have to pay international fee .
