BOWP after AOR

Hi all,

Scenario: Received my AOR after successfully uploading my PR supporting documents. Tried to apply for BOWP and it says “you already have an in progress application”. I assume this would be my PR application?

So I opened a new account and tried to apply through there. I never got a reference code. I’m in a stuck state, has anyone had this issue?

Shouldn't be any problems with applying for BOWP. Are you responding to all the questions correctly?
