I was accepted in Bow Valley College for two years course which is Early Learning and Child Care Diploma and i think after completion of that you are qualified for Supervisor Cert.

What is the difference between Early Childhood Education ( ECE) & Early Learning and Child Care Diploma ( ELEC ) ?
