Bought a house today

So my husband and I have been looking for a home to buy while I have been filling out all of my documents for family class sponsorship.
I have everything printed and ready to go I am just waiting for my marriage certificate to come in the mail - should be any day now (I hope)
We do not currently have a lease agreement in both our names. But now we have bought a house we have the offer in both our names. Do you think we can use this?
We don't move in for a month so we don't have any documents supporting the new home address

Also, how would I change my address with CIC once I move in? Just in the online portal?

We are also waiting for the certificate to send everything off... im sure the offer is fine if it has both your names on it. Were using a change of name letter since my wife took over my old roomates lease
