Border services checks for background checks

Hello ! my wife contacted her MP after long time waiting for these background checks to be done and her MP resopnd to her and told her that now our file is in the border services agency but of course no one know how long that would take . can anyone please tell me if it is the last check ? it will be really helpful to know so we can wait more with no pain haha thanks .

Thank you ! how long you think it takes for them to finish it and how long it takes to get an answer for results ? sorry i thought the border service check is the last check .....
