Hi,

My wife is Outland and she have received her immigration documents. Her visa is until Jan 15, 2023. Because of family and education issues she can only come to Canada by Dec 15, 2022. Would there be any issues?

A reply would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

No issue. As long as she travels before the expiry date on her COPR, she will be fine.

Thanks for replying.

one more question. There shouldn’t be any issues if she return back in 10-15 days right? When it comes to PR card I will receive that and can take it to her later
