Boarder Crossing without family

Hello All,

After Visa Stamping on passport can we do boarder crossing without family.
i got my passport request and will be sending my passport for the same.
once i receive the passport from CIC for me and my family, can i do the boarder crossing alone and my family can do it later.
please advice thanks in advance.

The principal applicant can land first and family follow later
Or PA and family can land together
But family cannot land before PA
