My cousin wanted to fly with me and my husband so we could go to Canada together and someone would be able to support her while navigating Vancouver airport. We are flying out tomorrow, but my cousin won't be able to if she doesn't get her passport. BlueDart updated her status to: Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal. What does that mean, does anyone know?

Never mind, this post can be disregarded. The status:
Customer Requested Future Delivery: Hal
Means:
Hold At Location

Basically, it is being held at a BlueDart facility, it cannot be couriered to your address, and you need to go to the BlueDart facility where you sent your package from and get it yourself in person with ID proofs.
