BLS Office closed

Hi:

I have applied for PCC 20 days before. I observed in online status that in transit from General Consulate to BLS. However past 10days it is showing the same update. I observed that now BLS is not accepting any applications. Anybody have any idea why it is so?

Actually they had some technical problem so 2 days systems were shut down....but now nothing as such and they r working n accepting applications

If you opted to collect the passport then I suggest you go to BLS center, your PCC might already be issued and available for collection. It happens that these idiots at BLS are not prompt in updating statuses. I applied for my PCC in Oct last year, and my PCC was issued in 5 days (based on the time stamp on the PCC letter), but the status is still showing " in transit from General Consulate to BLS" even though I went to BLS and collected my passport and PCC.

Yes, you can send your application to one of the four BLS centers (Vancouver, Surrey, Edmonton, Calgary) which cover Saskatchewan.

i am little bit confused.
As i am from saskatchewan.I need to send my passport to BLS center in vancouver and they will forward it to indian consulate in vancouver or else should i send to Indian consulate in vancouer.
What sholud be the delivery address.
