I just like to inform everyone that if any one likes to book pickup or drop off service from BLS then don't book through customer care. instead, go directly on site and book by your own.
Today I encountered one incident with BLS. I was enquiring about my resubmission of documents and at last CC representative asked me if I booked the pickup service or not. I haven't, so he told me that I can book it from here. He sent me the payment link on my email id and was in a hurry to book so that he can update my profile. When I checked the price, I found 15$ difference on only pickup service. After clicking the link which he sent, I saw the total amount as 55.7 and when I directly went on site and checked the price for pick up, it was 40.7$. I investigated and found 55$ link was like https://blsindia-canada.com/vas_bls/postal-checkout.php?order_id= and 40$ link was different and it was like https://www.blsindia-canada.com/postalbls/postal-checkout.php?order_id=
seems like he was charging 15$ as a referral price.
