Hello,

I searched previously on entire forum about this problem and do not found nothing, so decite to create a new topic.
I am going to Canada to study as part of my PhD, so I applied to work permit with specific job, but when I as checkin a new message about my application, unfortunately, I answered the security question wrongly and receive a message about blocking my access.

Someone had this problem?
How can I recovery my account/application?
I lost my application and need make a new one?
 
You are probably better off getting in touch with CIC so they can resolve that for you. I'm not sure anyone would know how to unlock or reset your password from their home.
