Blank Welcome letter

Hello Members,

I created a profile and received NOI from Ontario.
When am in the process of creating a profile in Job bank, am shocked to notice that there is no job seeker code mentioned in my welcome letter. To be precise, it doesn't have any details; Just a simple blank page.

I read from many threads to use different browser or using last four digits of passport number as a job seeker code. But my efforts fell in vain.

Hey guys,

Wanted to update on this subject. Previously I tried using my Desktop; Now, I retried login into my account from my laptop and magically I could see the content of the letter. I could pick seeker code from that letter.

So anyone facing such scenario , try to delete all caches from your browser and try to access. Else, try from different device. As stupid as it sounds, try not to use Internet download manager, as it picks the same url link to download from it's history, hence you will wind up downloading same blank file.

Well that's my theory
