I am approved to study in Canada.. but i have an exit reentry visa in KSA - the re entry visa going back to ksa had expired, so i am assuming i will be blacklisted in ksa. Will it affect my entry to Canada?

Nothing to do with Canadian immigration. Are you arriving from KSA?

So KSA has no involvement in Canadian immigration or entering the country. You aren’t even going through or travelling from KSA so no issue.

I applied my student permit in KSA. I was also approved there. That’s why it worried me.. thank you for your reply.. appreciate it a lot.

Should not be an issue as long as you meet current vaccination guidelines to enter Canada.
