Birthday post ITA question, FSW = 66 points

If I get ITA, (say through PNP) sometie this month

but in july 2016, I become inelegible for FSW since I lose 1 point due to birthday,

so I will have 66 FSW points.

And by that time, CIC hasnt finished processing my file?

will I lose everything? not be elegible for PR?
