BirthCertificate Issue (Not matching with Passport)

A Quick query every one! My wife was born in Islamabad and she has her Birth certificate from their.
But at her passport the birth place is written as Hafizabad, her fathers hometown. Her previous ID card had current address as Islamabad & permanent as Hafizabad.

Any suggestions please

Generally you won't be asked to provide a birth certificate. But, just to be safe, you can apply for a change in birth place in her passport.
