Birth Certificate

To whom it may concern,

I am applying for the PR with my CLP, and he is the principal applicant. I need to provide a copy of my Birth Certificate but, in the current covid situation, the Government of Spain does not issue these documents.
Is there an alternative way of proving my birth certificate that would be accepted now, considering the current crisis?
