Birth Certificate!!

I am applying under 2171. DOY is 1986. I dont have birth certificate. What to do now?

I also don't have birth certificate.

I went to haryana where i was born.
The hospital where i was born is closed and someone suggested me to file an RTI so that municipal corporation can search if they have any record of your birth.
Some others suggested to approach an advocate.
Both the approaches are very lengthy and till the time i will get birth certificate or Non Availability of it the caps will be filled.

So as per the suggestion from one of the immigration consultant i made a affidavit from my parents stating that there is no birth certificate available and attached my xth class mark sheet as proof of date of birth. They said it worked for their many clients but it all depends on the case handling officer.

Moreover i thought if our country was so much better and had all the required checks in place all the way why would i even bother to immigrate to canada. This must be understood by CIC.

Maybe seniors can advice what they did in case there was no Birth Certificate.

If no Birth certificate available please submit ur SSC certificate with Ur name , DOB , Parents name on it...
