I have a question about birth certificate, since this is my second time to apply CEC, and i dont have the original copy of the birth certificate, can i use the photocopy of it?

CIC doesn't need original of birth certificate along with application. Photo copy is enough.

As per document checklist, you only need to submit a copy of your birth certificate, along with a translated
version if the copy is not in English or French.
