During 70s and 80s, In the principal applicant's country of Birth this is what they used to get in the place of birth Certificate: "Extract from City Register of Births within municiple limits of XYZ city". This is what principal applicant submitted, the document is not titled Birth Certificate. Will the application be returned?
does the country specific guide give any information about this? if this was a common thing in their country of citizenship, then it could be mentioned in the guide whether it will be accepted.
it wasnt mentioned in the country specific guide.. but in the country of PA's residence this old "extract of city register of births" was the birth certificate. However, now we discovered, you can get a birth certificate made on the basis of this 80s document. application was rcvd 3rd March, still no AOR1. Is there a chance that the application will be returned?

sure, there's always a chance. unfortunately there's no way to predict if they will send it back or just send a request for the document. you will just have to wait and see.
