Birth Certificate Translation

a) Is it mandatory to get Birth Certificate translated from certified translators ONLY or this work can be done by a Public Notary as well. If Yes- May I please know the procedure..

b) Also my spouse doesn't have a Birth Certificate, I understand we should get an Affidavit done. Please can someone share a draft. Parents signatures are mandatory or a self declared Affidavit (with birth details) will suffice..

There are translators in Delhi (I don't know your location) who are fast and experts. About birth certificate, I'll suggest you check if you can get it, as I get it for myself and my wife. I am 34 yr old. If you are sure that you can't get in that case 10 the passing certificate which has parent's name with affidavit may do the job. Template is available just Google it.
