Birth certificate -spelling issue -Missing apostrophe

Guys,

Recently, I received my Birth certificate from Karnataka govt officials / India. However they missed a special character from my name. They say software doesn't permit special characters.

My name everywhere ( PP, PAN, AADHAR, MARKS CARD, DL, PCC ) mentioned as JOHN D'SA
Newly issued certificate mentions as JOHN DSA

Missing apostrophe (')

Is this going to be problem for my application and in future.
We have already submitted our documents 3 months back.

maybe you can send a webform and just explain the situation so this problem doesn't delay your application. I would also attach any email you have or communication with the authorities to show that you have tried to fix the name
