Birth Certificate PNP Non EE

Hi everyone,

I'm a little confused about whether I need to provide a copy of my birth certificate. I applied under OINP, and I looked at the following website:

Under 13, it states birth certificate, but I'm not sure whether I need it as a single applicant.

Being single doesn't nullify you from providing documents of identification. You absolutely need to provide this.
