Birth Certificate not Available...

I am the main Applicant in FSWP file.
I don't have my Birth Certificate.
So what can be the solution ?

You can submit SSLC (10th Std.) certificate with your date of birth and parents names or your parents can make affidavite for your date of birth.

I don't have LC of 10th (SSC) but I have LC of 12th, will it work ?

In LC of 12th Standard only my Full name is there with my Birth Date. Parents name is not available.
So will it be ok ?

They will not accept with out your parents names. Then your parents can make affidavite for your date of birth. Check with your local noatry public lawyer.

As my full name "Dipenkumar Ashokbhai Trivedi" is mentioned in LC and that contains my father name
but there is no specific entry of my father's and mother's full name (i.e Ashokbhai Kantilal Trivedi, Gitaben Ashokbhai Trivedi)
so will it work ?

No. Parents names are required. Better to get affidavite from parents.

Why don't you just make an affidavit for birth certificate and submit. Why take a chance ?

Can I send 10th passing certificate containing birth date and my full name in place of Birth Certi?

You can try, but I am not sure whether CIC will accept this. If they don't accept, they will send back your complete application package without further review and file number.
