Birth CErtificate from Pakistan

hello friends,
i am in the process for application to CIC for the federal part of the Provincial Nomination Program as an inland applicants.
I apologize for asking this question which might have been asked over and over again in this forum.
The document checklist say i would need Birth Certificate and Police Clearance Certificate i just need a quick advise on how can i get these certificates as i am based in Canada
Birth Certificate
1.can i submit the translated and attested copy of Form-B as in place of birth certificate?
if not then where can i get this certificate from and can my brother apply and collect it on my behalf?
2.what documents would be needed for application to Birth Certificate?
3.how much is the processing time to get a Birth certificate?

Police Clearance Certificate
what documents i need to send to my brother so he can apply for Police Clearance Certificate on my behalf?

any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

HI,

You can send a copy of your birth certificate and you need to get a police certificate from Pakistan and Canada as well. you can contact your bro to get it for you and send it to you.


if you have not then contact Pakistan consulate in Toronto to get all this.

I got mine in 2 days. I had a b form i sent my dad to Nadra office along with original birth certificate and b form and he made an application for computerized birth certificate from nadra.
