Birth Certificate Father's middle name not matching with passport

Hi Community,

I recently got my birth certificate and in that my father's middle name (i.e my grandfathers name) is not matching with Passport details ?

Is is it gonna be an issue?? my name, my mothers name and my fathers name are matching with passport? Do I need to get an affidavit to make correction on my birth certificate ?

Its fine, ur name, surname and father name is important

What coolguy said is right but if still u don't want to take chance then make affidavit get notarised wid red stamp n enclose wid ur documents
