Hi Everyone,
My wife does not have the birth certificate. The hospital she was born was floaded after a few years she was born and there is no evidence of it. On her passport there is a date of birth which is correct but how can we prove to Canadian officials?

Any advice?

Thanks,

Hi

I am from India. I faced same problem, but don't worry. Send her Matriculation certificate containing DOB or Marriage certificate depicting her DOB.

They will consider it.

Cheers

Mr.Sharma I am also from India. Can you please let me know what docs copies need to be send to NS Sydney in original and what need to be send in xerox copy? What docs should be original signed and Attested from Notary?

Same question is for Visa office too.
Thanks

Mr. Sharma I am having AEO.

HI

No need to sent any thing except application forms( includes family background, economic, check list etc.) to NS. ... Read EG7 manual from cic.gc.ca site.

For local office u have to sent all the documents as described in country specific manuals , for India it is E3709, available at cic.gc.ca website.

They want original copies of IELTS score, bank statements etc.

All other documents should be notarized( like birth certificates, marriage certificates etc).

Educational credentials should be certified and sealed by the issuing university/college.

Cheers
