a question about my parents' biometrics. For Super Visa.

My parents went to the place that IRCC required, to get their fingerprints entered into the application.

Now when I check my application status (on IRCC portal), at the top of the page, it says "Biometrics number: XXXXXXXX" and it has the date that my parents entered their fingerprints. However, when I scroll down to the "Details about your application status" section, it still says:

• We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.

I wonder if my parents' fingerprints were actually received by Canadian Government? Could someone please advise? I am so worry! Thank you!
