Please I need a help on what next to do. I submitted my application for study permit online. I have received Biometrics Instructions Letter. When I contacted the Canadian Representative office in my Country of residence, they told me , I can only Biometrics in the nearest country but the borders of the country is closed for now due to covid-19. What can I do in this situation?

Nothing. Your application will not be completed until you complete biometrics. Biometrics can be done outside the 90 day window due to Covid. If VACs do not open by June/July, you may want to defer.

If you cannot get biometics done within 90 days, contact IRCC and let them know - and request another extension. They should grant you another extension and put your application on hold until you are able to complete this step.
