Hi sir/madam
I filed my PR application under CEC class and got biometrics letter on 29 Sept,2020 and I was waiting for call from cic in regards to book appointment. But today on 12th Nov I got request letter from cic which states that:-
"In order to make a decision we require the following information:
Please update us on status of requested biometrics .This must be received ar this office by 19th Nov,2020."
I was waiting for call from cic and I am sure that I never missed any call from cic.
Now,I have only 1 week to deal with this matter. I don't know what I have to do. Please suggest me .
