I have applied for LMIA visa and received a letter to get my biometrics done by nearest VAC. When I submitted the letter to VAC along with my passport and payment receipt, the attendant stated that they need another letter with a barcode (at the center of the page). Can anyone help me figure out what this letter is and where can I get it. Thanks a lot in advance.
