BIOMETRICS NOT UPDATED

I gave biometrics in January 2022, till date it is not showing completed on my GC KEY portal. However it does show validity on the gc Key portal on right top corner. Anyone with same issue..?? I have still not received medical request also. Can anyone help me out what to do at this point of time. Any contact number for IRCC..?? Can anyone help please...
