Biometrics Letter not received

Can anyone help me on this

I submitted my PR application in Oct2020 from India and still not received Biometrics letter from CIC
Is this common ?

No it is not unusual. You should not expect to hear anything from IRCC for a few months yet. They are processing apps from March onward, a couple from August is the latest.
